Donating to our Sip & Savor Auction is easy with our digital application process. Complete the donor form online, providing details about your donation item(s), company information, and a brief 25-word description. You can also upload images of your item and your company’s logo. Once submitted, your donation will be reviewed, and you’ll receive confirmation and next steps. The online process ensures everything is quick, secure, and paper-free, allowing you to support a great cause with minimal effort.
For those who prefer to submit their donation information manually, we offer a Paper/PDF Application option. You can download the donor form from our website, fill it out, and email it along with a description of the item(s) you’re donating, your company logo, and any relevant images.
